Senior Traveler
nor would I recommend it.
The hallways were dim. I didn't care for it traveling alone!

good location.
Pool water was very cold, many small children in pool area unattended, crowded breakfast area, stayed 2 days in 2 rooms and both rooms had no hot water for showers 1 morning in each room.

Overall, a great experience. The locked door didn't work very well with people's keys, and is a safety hazard if a parent happens to walk out for a minute and can't get back in.

Easy on off the highway, the kids loved the slide and pool, the hot tub was the best we encountered in the Black Hills.

Staff was very friendly and efficient; we had a stopped up sink and lightbulbs out and it was fixed w/in a few hours; we had a truck w/a trailer and when we took the truck out and came back other guests even though told not to, parked in front of our trailer; the hotel staff was very gracious and found the person and had them move their vehicle right away. ...read more
